Delivery
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days
- Everywhere else in Pakistan: 3–5 working days
- Made-to-order and engraved pieces may add 1–2 days of workshop time.
- You get the exact expected date on WhatsApp when we confirm your order, plus a tracking number the day it ships.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery nationwide — pay the rider when the parcel arrives.
- JazzCash / Easypaisa / bank transfer accepted — prepaid orders get a small discount (ask on WhatsApp).
- Engraved/personalized pieces require 50% advance, since they're made with your name and can't be resold.
Exchanges & returns
- 7-day exchange, no questions asked — if the piece isn't right, we exchange it. (Engraved pieces excluded.)
- Manufacturing defect? We replace it, shipping on us.
5-Year Stitching Guarantee
If the stitching on any Leather Studio piece breaks within 5 years, we repair or replace it free. No arguments, no fine print.
