Common questions
How long does delivery take?
2–3 working days in Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad; 3–5 working days everywhere else in Pakistan. Made-to-order pieces may add 1–2 days — we'll tell you the exact expected date on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
Can I pay when the parcel arrives?
Yes — Cash on Delivery works nationwide. You pay the rider when your parcel reaches you. Prepaying by JazzCash/Easypaisa gets you a small discount; ask on WhatsApp.
What if something is wrong with it?
7-day exchange, no questions asked (except engraved pieces). And the stitching is covered for 5 years — if it breaks, we repair or replace free.
How do I care for full-grain leather?
Almost nothing to do — use it. Keep it out of standing water, give it a light leather balm twice a year, and let the patina come. Scratches rub out with a fingertip's warmth.
Is this real full-grain leather?
Yes — full-grain is the top layer of the hide, the strongest grade. It's what "genuine leather" products are not: those are lower-grade splits that peel within a couple of years. We publish the leather source on every product.
